Service Description

This training is suitable for women who want to embody the unique qualities of Feminine Leadership in their management style. These qualities encompass creativity, vulnerability, intuitive action, empathy, and connection. I believe that facilitation as a leadership style is inherently feminine and empowering for participant and facilitator. Duration: 10 sessions. Expected outcome: transfer of Emotional Intelligence skills, Interpersonal intelligence skills, and authentic leadership.
